Complaints and Grievances

Any student or parent who feels that a Children’s Small Group Leader or YoutYouth Advisor has behaved inappropriately may register a complaint with the DFM. They will review the situation to determine what action, if any, should be taken. If it is determined that a leader has been physically or psychologically abusive to any child, that leader will be immediately removed from their leadership position.
