# How To Watch Worship: Live on Zoom

#### **Step 1: Download Zoom Beforehand**

To participate in our **9 AM Interactive Worship on Zoom**, you’ll need the Zoom app installed on your device.

- **On a Computer (Windows or Mac):**
    
    
    1. Open your internet browser and go to: **<a>https://zoom.us/download</a>**.
    2. Under "Zoom Client for Meetings," click **Download**.
    3. Once the download is complete, open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to install Zoom.
- **On a Phone or Tablet (iOS or Android):**
    
    
    1. Open the **App Store** (iPhone/iPad) or **Google Play Store** (Android).
    2. Search for **“Zoom Cloud Meetings”**.
    3. Tap **Download** or **Install** and wait for the app to install.
    4. Open the app and sign up or log in with your email address if prompted.

#### **Step 2: Join Zoom Worship**

You can join Zoom Worship using your computer, phone, or tablet.

**On a Computer:**

1. Visit the Foothills Worship page at **[https://www.foothillsuu.org/watch](https://www.foothillsuu.org/watch)**.
2. Click **“Join on Zoom”** under the 9 AM Interactive Worship section.
3. Fill out the short form that appears and click **Submit**.
4. Zoom will automatically open. If prompted, click **Open Zoom Meetings**.

**On a Phone or Tablet:**

1. Open the Foothills Worship page in your browser or the Church Center app: **[https://www.foothillsuu.org/watch](https://www.foothillsuu.org/watch)**.
2. Tap **“Join on Zoom”** under the 9 AM Interactive Worship section.
3. Fill out the short form and tap **Submit**.
4. When prompted, tap **Open Zoom**. If Zoom doesn’t open automatically, open the Zoom app manually and enter the Meeting ID and Passcode provided.

1. Turn on **Audio**: Click **Join Audio** or **Call via Device Audio**.
2. Turn on **Video** (optional): Click the camera icon labeled **Start Video**.

**Q: Do I need a working microphone or camera to participate in Zoom worship?**

- **No, neither a microphone nor a camera is required.** You can still fully participate by listening to the service and using the **chat feature** to interact or ask questions.
- While we love seeing your smiling face, turning on your camera is completely optional. You are welcome to join with your camera off and still feel connected to the community.

**Q: I can’t download Zoom. What should I do?**

- Make sure your device has enough storage space.
- Restart your device and try downloading again.
- You may be able to connect to the zoom meeting using your browser.

**Q: The Zoom meeting isn’t opening. What’s wrong?**

- Ensure Zoom is installed on your device.
- If the meeting doesn’t open automatically, go to the Zoom app, select **Join a Meeting**, and enter the Meeting ID and Passcode from the confirmation page.

**Q: I can’t hear anything.**

- Check that your device's volume is turned up.
- Make sure you’ve joined audio by clicking **Join Audio** or **Call via Device Audio**.
- If you’re using headphones, ensure they’re properly connected.

**Q: My video isn’t working.**

- Check that your camera is turned on by clicking **Start Video**.
- Ensure no other programs are using your camera. Close any video apps (e.g., FaceTime).
- Restart Zoom or your device if the issue persists.

- Check your internet connection. If you’re using Wi-Fi, move closer to your router.

# How to Watch Worship: Comprehensive Guide

        - To download the app, search for "Church Center" in the App Store (for iPhones) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
3. **Watch On Demand Anytime**
    
    
    - Scroll to the **“Explore On-Demand Worship”** section.
    - This takes place through out ChurchCenter App.
    - Browse our library of past services and click on any service to watch it.

1. **Download the Church Center App**

    - Open the **App Store** (iPhone/iPad) or **Google Play Store** (Android). 
        - Search for **“Church Center”**.
        - Tap **Download** or **Install** and wait for the app to install.
        - Open the app, search for **Foothills Unitarian Church**, or enter our location in Fort Collins, Colorado.
        - Log in or create an account using your email address.
2. **Find Worship Services**
    
    
    - Tap on **“Watch Worship”** from the app's menu. (On some devices, it may be under the **More** menu.

1. Click the **“Join Livestream”** button under the **11 AM Worship Service** section.
2. The livestream will open directly in your browser. 
    - During the livestream, use the **chat feature** on the right side of the screen to connect with others attending worship.

1. Scroll to the **Recent Services** or **Sermon Series** section.
2. Click on the episode or series you’d like to view.
3. You can: 
    - **Watch the video** directly in your browser.

1. Select a sermon and click **Take Notes** to jot down reflections or key points during the service.
2. You can:
